I love to make art every day. That's my happy time.

When I was a little girl, I was inspired by the iconic images in my church. As I grew older I realized there was inspiration everywhere. My European heritage led me to folk art which eventually guided me to design and paint old world Father Christmas figures which were made into collectible figurines and sold throughout the country.

Along the way, I fell in love with collage, journaling and still life painting. I opened a shop, Pipka’s of Door County, where I sold my original art and served home baked cakes for anyone coming in. We nibbled our way toward deep and lasting friendships. Art holds us together.
